What you and your agents put on Orgo belongs to you: your files, your agent’s memory, the apps you connect. Here is where it lives, who can see it, and how to delete it, in plain words. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.

1 You own it

We claim no ownership of anything you or your agents create or bring to Orgo. You give us permission only to store and process it so the service works for you (Terms, section 5).

  • We never use it to train AI models.
  • We never sell it, and we never share it with advertisers or data brokers.

2 Where it lives

Every computer is isolated, with its own disk. Macs and phones are real devices, each used by one customer.

Your agent keeps its memory, skills and files on its computer’s disk, the way it would on a laptop. Orgo keeps a copy in only three cases:

  • Daily backups of the disk.
  • A snapshot of an agent that you choose to save.
  • Skills you save to your workspace’s skill library, which we store in our private cloud storage.

What Orgo itself keeps:

Account
Your account and billing records.
Usage records

The model, tokens and cost of each run. Except for zero data retention chats, also up to the first 200 characters of the message you sent to start that run.

The agent’s replies are not kept in usage records, and no one in your workspace sees them. They are billing records, so they stay after you delete a chat, a computer or your account.

Chats
Kept so you can come back to them. Closing a chat on a computer deletes it. When you start a new conversation with a workspace agent, the earlier one moves to its history and stays saved until you delete it.
Zero data retention chats

Some open models run with zero data retention. We do not save those chats: no messages, no history and no previews. We keep only a billing record of the model used, the tokens and the cost.

The model provider, DeepInfra, does not keep the conversation under its zero retention policy. These models are not yet available on every account.

Orgo’s models
When your agent uses Orgo’s models, we keep the usage and cost of each call, not what it said. Anything the agent does on your computer stays on your computer.

Our servers are in the United States, and in London, United Kingdom, for computers that run there.

3 Who can see it

You and your team
You, and the people you invite to a workspace or share it with.
Your AI provider
The AI provider you choose, such as Anthropic or OpenAI, sees what you send it, under its own data policy.
Our service providers
The companies that help us run Orgo, such as our hosting and payment providers, for their part of the work. Our list of subprocessors names each one.
Our team
Our team does not look inside your computers in the ordinary course of running Orgo. We may look inside one, or view its screen, when you ask us for help, to keep the service secure, or when the law requires it, and we keep to what the problem needs.

Product analytics record how the app is used. Session recordings hide all text you see or type and never capture the live view of your computer. They pause completely while a zero data retention chat is on screen. Screenshots the agent shows in a regular chat can still appear in a recording.

4 Connected apps

One computer
When you connect an app (like Gmail or Slack) to a computer’s agent, that sign-in is stored for that one computer. The sign-in itself is held by our integration partner, Composio, not on the computer.
Other computers
Other computers in your workspace can’t use it, though a copy of that computer (a clone, a fork, or a backup restored as a new computer) may still reach the original’s apps.
Whole workspace or account
An app you connect for a whole workspace or account can be used by every agent there.
Who can use it
Anyone who can use that computer, including the people you share its workspace with and view-only members, can ask its agent to use the app for them.
Disconnecting
Disconnect any app at any time from the computer’s Connectors tab. When you delete a computer, Orgo asks Composio to revoke the app sign-ins it made.

5 Deleting

If youWhat happens
Close a chat on a computerIt is deleted. A workspace agent’s earlier conversations stay in its history until you delete them.
Delete a computerIt leaves your account at once, with its files and its agent’s memory. Its daily backups are erased within a few days. Some other copies, such as one taken at the moment of deletion, can stay in our storage longer. Ask us and we will erase them.
Delete your accountDo it from Settings, Security. We sign you out everywhere, turn off your API keys and stop your plans from renewing right away. Then we delete or de-identify your data, typically within 30 days. Billing records, including usage records, are kept. Files you added to a workspace someone else owns stay with that workspace.

You can download files from your computers and export your skills at any time. For a copy of anything else, write to us.
