# Orgo Pricing

Pricing definitions and annual billing display are maintained alongside the
public plan UI. The prices below are the current published plan rates.

Provision and manage AI agent computers (virtual desktops) in the cloud. Connect via VNC, integrate with AI agents, and scale from prototype to production.

**Free to sign up. Upgrade to launch a computer.** Anyone can create a free Orgo account, explore the dashboard, create workspaces, and generate API keys at no cost. Launching a computer in your own workspace requires a paid plan. Free users invited into a paid workspace can create and use computers there, funded by that workspace's plan, no separate subscription required.

## Plans

| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Details |
| ---------- | ------- | ------- | --------------------------------------------- |
| Hacker | $29/mo | $290/yr | Solo builders and personal agents |
| Startup | $99/mo | $990/yr | Small teams and agencies |
| Scale | $399/mo | $3,990/yr | Production teams at scale |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Large fleets, custom limits, SLA, and support |

Plans bill monthly by default. Yearly billing costs ten months for twelve, two
months free, and is shown in the app as the per-month equivalent ($24, $82 and
$332) with the annual total beside it.

Paid subscriptions start at checkout. Some referral offers include a subscription trial; any such trial requires a card, and its duration and subsequent charge are shown at checkout.

Where the computer trial is available, eligible registered accounts can try one Linux computer (1 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 40 GB storage) for 30 minutes without a card. Time starts when the desktop is ready. After expiry, the computer is paused and retained for 24 hours; choosing a paid plan during retention keeps the same computer. Unpaid trial computers are then deleted. One trial per account. This is separate from any referral subscription trial.

## Computers

Virtual desktops that run 24/7, accessible via browser or API.

| Tier | Computers | Persistence | Total RAM Pool |
| ---------- | --------- | ----------- | -------------- |
| Hacker | 1 | Persistent | 8 GB |
| Startup | 4 | Persistent | 32 GB |
| Scale | 16 | Persistent | 128 GB |
| Enterprise | 60+ | Persistent | Custom |

All paid plans use always-on persistent computers. Computers are never auto-suspended. They stay running until you stop or delete them.

## Compute Resources (per computer)

Every computer starts with the same baseline; add more RAM, vCPU, or disk to any computer as an add-on.

| Tier | vCPU | RAM | Storage per Computer |
| ---------- | ----- | ---- | -------------------- |
| Hacker | 1 | 8 GB | 20 GB |
| Startup | 1 | 8 GB | 20 GB |
| Scale | 1 | 8 GB | 20 GB |
| Enterprise | Custom| Custom | Custom |

Total storage per tier: Hacker 40 GB, Startup 160 GB, Scale 640 GB.

Each computer can be resized in place up to its tier's per-computer maximum
without buying an add-on: Hacker 1 vCPU / 40 GB disk, Startup 2 vCPU / 80 GB
disk, Scale 4 vCPU / 150 GB disk. RAM per computer scales with the plan's RAM
pool.

## Add-ons (pay-as-you-grow)

Plans are a starting point. Rather than pre-pay for a bigger plan, add computers to the one you have. Each add-on is a quantity item on your existing subscription: it prorates on purchase and renews with your plan, on one invoice.

### Buy a computer

Pick a size and how many. Prices are per computer, per month.

| Size | RAM | vCPU | Disk | Price / mo |
| ------ | ----- | ---- | ------ | ---------- |
| Small | 4 GB | 0.5 | 20 GB | $14 |
| Medium | 8 GB | 1 | 40 GB | $25 |
| Large | 16 GB | 1 | 80 GB | $49.50 |
| XL | 32 GB | 2 | 150 GB | $98.50 |
| 2XL | 64 GB | 4 | 300 GB | $195.50 |

A Medium launches with a full vCPU and is priced as it was at half of one, so
it comes to $2.50 less than its parts in the table below.

A computer is billed as the four component add-ons below, moved together in one
atomic change. Buying by the computer and buying the parts cost exactly the
same. The bundle is a simpler way to buy the same thing, not a different price
list, so existing add-on holders are unaffected.

### Components

Buy these directly if you want a shape the sizes above do not cover. They pool
across your account; allocate them to computers as you like.

| Add-on | Price | Unit |
| -------- | -------------- | ------------------ |
| RAM | $2.50 / GB / mo | 1 GB |
| vCPU | $2.50 / mo | 0.5 vCPU |
| Disk | $1 / mo | 20 GB block |
| Computer | $0.50 / mo | 1 extra computer |
| Windows | $15 / mo | 1 Windows computer |

**Windows is included on Scale.** On any other paid plan you buy it per machine:
a Windows computer adds $15/mo for the license, so a Medium is $25 on Linux and
$40 on Windows. That is the point of the add-on: a Hacker plan with one Linux
computer and one Windows computer costs about $70/mo instead of moving to Scale
at $399.

The license is a COUNT, not a label on a particular computer: hold three, run
three Windows machines. Creating a Windows computer uses one, and you cannot
give back a license a running Windows machine depends on. The surcharge is flat
per machine rather than a multiplier, because the license is per machine and the
extra RAM and disk Windows needs are roughly constant too. Windows needs 8 GB
RAM or more, so the Small size is Linux-only.

Self-serve maximums (same on every plan): up to **+800 GB RAM**, **+50 vCPU**, **+4 TB disk**, and **+100 computers** (enough for 100 Mediums). Past those, we raise the cap for your account (to thousands of computers if you need them) at the same prices; nothing else about the account changes.

### Adding capacity through the API

Everything the Plan tab does is also an API, for a platform that gives each of its own users a computer and scales from one to thousands. Authenticate with an account-wide API key (`Authorization: Bearer <key>`); a workspace-scoped key is refused.

- `GET /api/account/capacity`: what the account may run and runs, what it has added, its self-serve cap, how many of each size it may still add, and every size with its monthly price.
- `POST /api/account/capacity` with `{ "size": "medium", "count": 100 }`: adds them on the card on file, at the prices above (up to 500 per request). Add `"dry_run": true` to see the charge first. Optional: `"os": "windows"`, `"term": "yearly"`.
- `PATCH /api/account/capacity` with `{ "added_computers": 20 }`: keep that many added computers from the next renewal.

Send an `Idempotency-Key` header (a UUID) with every purchase: a retry with the same key gets the first answer back and never buys twice. Past the self-serve cap the answer is `403` with code `capacity_cap`, naming the limit; ask us and we raise it for the account.

### Monthly or yearly

Add-on computers are sold on two terms. Yearly locks the rate in for a year and
costs **ten months** instead of twelve, so two months are free. It is paid up
front and cancels at the end of the term.

| Size | Monthly | Yearly | Yearly total |
| ------ | ----------- | ---------------- | ------------ |
| Small | $14 / mo | $11.67 / mo | $140 / yr |
| Medium | $25 / mo | **$20.83 / mo** | $250 / yr |
| Large | $49.50 / mo | $41.25 / mo | $495 / yr |
| XL | $98.50 / mo | $82.08 / mo | $985 / yr |
| 2XL | $195.50 / mo| $162.92 / mo | $1,955 / yr |

Yearly rates per component: RAM $25/GB/yr, vCPU $25 per 0.5 vCPU/yr, disk $10
per 20 GB block/yr, computer slot $5/yr, Windows $150/yr.

Every yearly rate is exactly ten times its monthly one, so the two free months
are the same at every size rather than drifting with the shape of the machine.

Add-on capacity is priced above in-plan capacity, and deliberately: a plan is a
commitment and an add-on is not. A Medium inside a Team plan works out at $9.90
a month ($99 for 80 GB, ten of them) and inside Scale at $15.96 ($399 for
200 GB, twenty-five). At $25 monthly, or $20.83 committed for a year, an add-on
carries a real premium for staying flexible without being a penalty for it, so
nobody has to size up a whole plan to get one more machine.

There is no daily term. A term is a promise about a machine and capacity here
is pooled, so "which computer is on the daily one?" has no answer. Short-term
use is metered by runtime instead.

**Reducing a mixed holding.** Monthly capacity is given back first; yearly runs
to the end of the term it was paid for.

### How add-on capacity is charged

Add-on computers are quantity items on your subscription, at one monthly price
per size. Buying mid-cycle is prorated, so you pay for the days left in the
period and the full price from the next invoice.

Capacity is POOLED. Your plan gives you a computer limit, add-ons raise it, and
any computer you create draws on the same pool. There is no per-machine term and
no machine tied to a purchase.

**Giving capacity back.** Lower the number under "Your extra computers" on
/account?tab=usage. The reduction takes effect at your next renewal, not
straight away: the current period is already paid for, so you keep the capacity
and keep being billed for it until the boundary, then both drop together.
Raising the number back before the renewal cancels the reduction. Capacity that
a computer is currently running on cannot be given back; delete the computer
first.

**Usage credits** are a separate balance, spent on agent chat. Every plan
includes a monthly amount, and you can add more or top up once.

### Per-computer hard cap

No single computer may exceed **4 vCPU · 64 GB RAM · 300 GB disk** - on any plan, with any amount of add-ons. Retired plans are held to the same per-computer ceiling as the plans on sale today; none of them allow a bigger computer.

Credits also pay for the model behind an agent on your computers (Hermes). It
works out of the box on Orgo's models, with no API key to set up, at the same
per-token rates as agent chat: the provider's price plus 10%. Put your own
Anthropic key in Secrets and the agent uses that instead, billed by Anthropic.

Enterprise "Custom" limits are set per account as part of the contract: the number of computers (optionally per operating system: Linux, Windows, macOS, Android, and physical iPhones), vCPU and RAM per computer, the account RAM pool (checked when a computer is created and when one is resized larger), storage per computer, the most bandwidth a computer can be set to, workspaces, and whether the account can build templates. A physical iPhone counts as a computer but brings its own hardware, so it does not draw on the account's RAM or vCPU. The limits apply while the subscription is active.

## Capabilities

The following capabilities are included on every paid plan (Hacker, Startup, Scale, and Enterprise).

- **Live desktop + computer-control API** - view and drive every computer in real time via browser or programmatic API.
- **Python SDK + OpenAI-compatible API** - drop-in compatible with existing OpenAI clients; no rewrite required.
- **BYOK + OpenRouter (400+ models)** - bring your own Anthropic / OpenAI keys, or route through OpenRouter for 400+ model access.
- **1-click computer cloning** - duplicate any computer's state into a fresh VM (`Cmd+C` / `Cmd+V` in the dashboard, or `POST /api/computers/[id]/clone`).
- **Discord community + founder office hours** - direct access to the team via the public Discord and scheduled office-hour calls.
- **Isolated cloud computers** - no shared tenancy on paid VMs; each computer is yours alone.
- **Direct SSH (key access)** - real key-based `sshd` access to Linux computers via your own keypair, reachable over the IPv4 high-port fallback (`ssh -p <port> root@<host>`). Linux-only; distinct from the `orgo ssh` WebSocket terminal. Included on every paid plan.

## Custom Domains

Serve an app running inside a computer under your own domain, with automatic TLS (HTTP/WebSocket ingress). Linux-only. The number of **active** custom domains is capped per plan and enforced against the workspace owner.

| Tier | Active custom domains |
| ---------- | --------------------- |
| Hacker | 0 |
| Startup | 1 |
| Scale | 3 |
| Enterprise | Unlimited |

## Collaboration (Startup & Scale)

The following collaboration features are included on Startup and Scale (not Hacker).

- **Team workspaces + email invites** - organize computers into shared workspaces and invite teammates by email.
- **Live cursors + multiplayer chat** - see teammates' cursors on shared computers and chat inline alongside the cursor.
- **Guest share links** - generate short-lived public links to a single computer (read-only or interactive).

## API Access

All plans include API access for programmatic computer management. See the [SDK documentation](https://docs.orgo.ai) for details.

## Free Tier

The Free tier is for exploring Orgo: sign up, browse the dashboard, create workspaces, and generate API keys at no cost. It does **not** include launching a computer in your own workspace - that requires a paid plan. Free users **can** be invited into a paid workspace and create/use computers there, funded by that workspace owner's plan.

Accounts created before 2026-05-12 that remain on the Free tier keep any computer they already had (1 vCPU / 4 GB RAM, 8 GB storage, 100 Mbps network); creating new computers requires upgrading.

## Enterprise

For organizations with custom requirements: large fleets (60+ computers), custom compute sizes, SLA guarantees, dedicated support, flexible deployment (shared cloud, dedicated cloud, or on-premises), custom privacy and data controls, and implementation sprints run with our team to get your agents into production.
